Tobias Atkins

CEO / Founder

CEO, Founder, people focused, problem solver.
Tobias is the mastermind behind many of the concepts of The BOS. Driven and motivated by finding and solving problems he prides himself on growing people and sustainable business’s through connecting data analytics and people’s performances. With already a history of creating multi million dollar business from scratch this is not his first rodeo.

Edmund Khalaf

CFO

General Management, CFO, Divisional and Functional Head roles including Board and Non-Executive advisory.
Significant leadership and strategic experience across functions including,
Finance & Administration, Board & Strategy, Operations and Transformations
for Multinationals and industry leaders globally to market cap $7.2 billion euro.
Extensive experience in taking SME to next level. Including building business to highly successful sale.

Matthew Ternes

COO

Project management and strategy specialist. Proven ability to operationally, strategically and clinically lead, motivate and drive large and diverse teams from various clinical and non-clinical backgrounds.
Extensive experience in analysing complex business problems and data to collaboratively identity opportunities for achieving business and operational movements that aligns with the organisational vision and strategic priorities. Experience in process mapping, data analysis, business case development, report writing, planning and policy development.

Isaac Insoll

Head of IT

Isaac has 20 years experience building and managing technology solutions and has led SaaS products to commercialisation for multiple companies in different industries. He also has the worlds two best dogs.

Mason Dechaineux

Senior Platform Engineer

Mason has spent the last 5 years building performant and scalable SaaS solutions for companies in multiple industries after completing a Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science.
