As does all Boss’s, we love KPI’s and Business Key Driving Metrics here at The BOS. We believe that they help create clarity and direction for the business and the team. It hence was one of our most important tasks and we believe one of our strongest points of differences to be able to easily connect team member KPI’s (seen in the Practitioner Report) to Business Key Driving Metrics (Seen on the MEGA report). Through the data analysis and insights that the reports enable it is easy to know how to manage a practitioner, what each role needs, and how to keep the team focused in on helping the business achieve. With the category drop downs and quick links between reports The BOS attempts to make these connections simple and easy.

Last but certainly not least we have probably the most innovative yet simple concept here on our MEGA report. The time travel function. This enables us to travel back in time, to make meaningful comparisons from day to day, week to week and month to month. The BOS enables us to do in depth data analysis on what the data was like back on specific dates enabling us to make comparisons on our business performance from a “what was it like on this date” perspective.
